Multiple award entries
If you are entering more than one project for an award, please add a number after your name for each project. For example, if you are entering three different projects they would be numbered 1, 2 and 3, and the files would be labelled:
    YOUR_NAME1_entry form; YOUR_NAME1_project_submission; YOUR NAME1_suppl;
    YOUR_NAME2_entry form; YOUR_NAME2_project_submission; YOUR NAME2_suppl;
    YOUR_NAME3_entry form; YOUR_NAME3_project_submission; YOUR NAME3_suppl;

File sizes
The combined size of all the files must be less than 15 Mb.
If your files are greater than this size (even after compressing), please send the files using the on-line tools http://www.dropsend.com/ or https://www.yousendit.com/. See submitting files larger than 15Mb below for further details.

ZIP your files
Once your files are all saved in the correct format, please place all files within a zip file, so that you can submit a single file. This file should be named:
    YOUR_NAME_award_zip

To create a zip file on Windows XP, Vista or 7, first select all of the files you want to add. Then, right-click the files, select "Send To" and "Compressed (zipped) Folder". This will create a zip file in the same directory.

On Apple computers running Mac OS X, create a zip file by Command-clicking all the files you want included, then choose "Create Archive of X Items" from the "Action" menu. A file will be created named "Archive.zip". Please re-name the file before submitting. If you are still uncertain about creating a zip file, please submit the files separately.

Submitting files larger than 15 Mb
If your award entry exceeds 15 Mb, please submit your entry using http://www.dropsend.com/ or https://www.yousendit.com/ to the following e-mail address: iaawards@interpretationaustralia.asn.au.
