Conference bags – with a story to tell!
Please bring your own conference bag – but make sure it has a story to tell that you can share with other delegates. Satchels are not provided.


Auction items
Show your support to other interpretive colleagues who cannot attend our next conference without some assistance. Please bring an auction item to assist with funding bursaries. Items vary from a box of wine, a holiday voucher locally or interstate, books or jewellery – anything you value others will also, and it goes to a great cause. Please take your auction items to the Conference Secretariat desk on Wednesday morning.


Name badges
Name badges will be issued when registering for the conference. For security purposes the conference name badge must be worn at all times during the symposium and social functions.


Delegate list

A delegate list with name, organisation, state and email will be supplied to all conference attendees including exhibitors.  Please email Conference Design if you do not wish to have your details included on the delegate list


Photocopying at the conference
There are no photocopying facilities at the conference venue, so please ensure your bring a sufficient number of any handouts.

Dress
Dress throughout the conference is neat casual. Dress for each function is indicated in the function description.


Privacy
Conference Design Pty Ltd will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the conference. Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.


Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal travel or health insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that when registering for the conference and booking travel that delegates make arrangements for appropriate insurance cover. The Organising Committee and Conference Design do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to take adequate insurance cover.

In the event of industrial disruptions or service provider failures, neither the members of the Organising Committee nor Conference Design Pty Ltd, accept any responsibility for losses incurred.


Smoking
The conference and social functions are non-smoking.


Babysitting
Please contact your chosen hotel to arrange a baby-sitting service.


Parking
Metered parking is available at Inveresk.


Accommodation accounts
All accommodation accounts must be settled on check-out. The organising committee and Conference Design will not be responsible for accommodation accounts.
